How can I see manufacturer’s direct prices?
All of the prices in our Trader catalog are direct from manufacturers.Please note prices are not shown in the website. If you are interested in our products please contact us to email you our price lists. We are able to offer this service as we receive a comission directly from the representing suppliers.
What is your Minimum Order?
There is not a minimum order. Then again, please keep in mind that the products are being purchased in Mexico and shipping fees, customs as well as consolidation costs might be high relative to the value of the merchandise for low volume orders. Cost-wise, we’ll recommend you to purchase at least one pallet and try to keep a minimum of $300 to $500 per product line to keep your consolidation, and shipping & handling costs within a competitive range. In case of purchasing small wholesale orders that will be shipped LTL, we also recommend to focus your selection in small items so your cost to ship such merchandise is not high.
What are your shipping methods?
We mainly ship complete 53 Ft. freight truckloads. For oversea shipments we are able to ship 20 Ft and 40 Ft. ship container loads. Smaller orders are shipped by LTL freight.
How do I place an order?
- Register for free and see all of our product lines and examples of our manufacturers’ direct prices;
- Contact us to receive price lists;
- Select the items you need to place your order. Add them to your wish list or simply write them down in a sheet of paper for emailing or faxing to us once youre done;
- Send us your preorder by fax/email or let us know you have your order ready and we’ll take the information from your wish list;
- Before placing your order we’ll verify prices with our suppliers, product availability, lead times, final service quotes and shipment options;
- Once we have a final order well verify the information to later fax your final order back for you to sign and this enables us to start fulfilling your order;
- Well ship out items in a period of 3-5 weeks
- Full 53 Ft. truckloads usually take less than 1 week to cross customs and arrive in USA. For Canada orders, it usually takes 3 more business days. For Europe or other areas shipping out on ship, delivery times vary depending on ship, departure port, etc.
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept VISA, AMEX and Mastercard, but a 3% royalty fee applies. Credit cards are only accepted for clients within the USA and Canada and a payment form needs to be signed before using your card. Additionally, we can determine a limit in a per client basis of the maximum amount to be charged on a credit card per order. No freight can be covered by credit card.
Can I cancel an order?
Please note that we are representing your store or Company with suppliers we’ve worked for a long time together. Any payments not made for merchandise will inevitably damage our relationship with our own suppliers as well as hurt the relationship of our suppliers with other clients we represent. Due to this fact, there are no order cancellations. If items have been already ordered and purchased we are unable to cancel your order. If client is unable to pay the 50% balance once the order is ready to ship, we’ll maintain your order on HOLD. If due balance is not deposited one month after the order was ready to ship, warehousing charges might apply. If due balance is not paid within a 3 month period after notification that you order was ready to ship, we’ll cancel your order automatically (no partial orders can be shipped) and your down payment will be lost.
What are your damage policies?
- Please note that we do not have insurance for normal shipping damages of our Trader catalog as we are offering a service, not an item. Then again, our products are of outstanding quality as we have worked with most of our suppliers over 5 years. Furthermore, all of your order’s items are verified for quality and breakage during consolidation before we ship. Our packaging experience is also superb having an average of less than 3% breakage product value per shipment. Due to this fact we are able to cover 3% over total purchase value (does not include S&H fees) as a credit for other orders. Please not this is applicable only for orders shipped by us or our recommended LTL / Freight companies.
